How quickly will I receive my order?
Please allow 14 days for delivery of Klem Clamps, Lights & Accessories.
Clamp-only deliveries are normally within a few days of placing your order, however it can be longer during busy periods. In these instances we will contact you before processing your order.
Please advise at time of placing your order if you have a particular deadline, as we will endeavour to assist.
All damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery and photo evidence may be required before product replacements can be issued. If your items are damaged or faulty on receipt, please sign the couriers delivery note accordingly. In any case all delivery noted must be signed "UNCHECKED". We ask that you notify damage within 2 working days of receipt. Once we have verifed the damage, we will issue a replacement or full refund via the original payment method.
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product (other than perishable produce) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). However, any products returned within the 7 days must be in a resalable condition. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Unless there is a manufacturing fault we do not accept returns on Klem Boards as these are all made to order goods. Please ensure you have ordered the right goods and in the correct quantities. If a product is defective in any way, please contact us and we will endeavour to deliver a new one to you as quickly as possible, or refund you the cost of the product.
